Your business's data stays in your business's own Supabase project. We don't keep a copy of it anywhere else.

Real Agent is a trading name of Real Agent Network Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, number 17237239, whose registered office is at 25 Bell Street, Sawbridgeworth, CM21 9AR. Contact us about privacy at support@realagent.network.
Your knowledge base
Your knowledge base lives in a Supabase project that your business opens and owns. Your records, files, glossary and the agents we build for you are kept there, and nowhere else by us. Your business is the controller of that data.
When you set Real Agent up, you give us our own account in your knowledge base, so we can design, build and update your agents. We work there only within the access you give that account, every change it makes is in your audit log, and your administrator can remove it at any time. When we work in your knowledge base, we act on your instructions as your processor.
At the end of setup, your project sends our website its address, the email address of our account and a one-time code, so we can sign in. It sends nothing else.
Claude
Your agents run in Claude, from Anthropic, on each person's own Claude account. What a person types, and what an agent reads to answer them, is processed by Anthropic under your Claude plan's terms and Anthropic's privacy policy.
This website
When you send an enquiry from our contact page, we keep your name, your business, your email address, and your phone number, website and message if you give them. We use them only to reply to you and to keep a record of our conversation. They are stored in a Cloudflare database that only we can read. We keep them for 1 year, then delete them.
The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. It is served by Cloudflare, which processes each request to deliver the page. It loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your device's internet address when a page loads.
We don't sell or share your details with anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to have them corrected, or to have them deleted, by emailing support@realagent.network. For data in a business's own knowledge base, ask that business, and we will help them answer you.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
