No two agencies work the same way

Two floorplans with the same outer walls. Any agency has four equal rooms: enquiry, viewing, offer and sale. Yours has its own rooms in its own order: enquiry, valuation, your checks in lime, viewing and offer, off a hall. A generic agent platform sells ready-made agents. Its agents run in the platform's own web app.

That suits work every agency does in much the same way, such as answering a new enquiry or sorting the inbox. It gives no business an edge, because any agency can buy the same agent.

Real Agent starts from your business instead. We build the steps you add, the order you do them in, the checks your brokerage requires and the systems you already use.

  1. Interview

    Our business analyst, an AI agent, interviews the people who do a workflow about the last time it happened, one question at a time. It reads the workflow back to confirm every step, then saves it as a drawing of how it works today, routine by routine.

  2. Design

    We design the workflow with you, using what we know about UK estate agency and the rules it must follow. You see each routine drawn, and approve it or ask for changes.

  3. Build

    We build the agent from the design you approved and put it in your own Supabase project, a secure online database that belongs to your business. Each member of staff updates to it in one step.

Knows more than your CRM

Your CRM keeps the records it was built for: contacts, properties, viewings. Your knowledge base keeps everything around them, and how it connects. Every conversation, email, document and decision is linked to the vendor, the property and the people involved.

Your agents read all of it in seconds. So they answer questions a CRM can't, such as "Which vendors did we appraise in the spring who haven't instructed, and what did we promise each of them?" They also notice what a busy person would miss: the follow-up that never happened, or the buyer who asked about a similar house last month.

What you get

A knowledge base of your own

Your records, your files and a glossary of the words your business uses. They are kept in your own Supabase account, so they belong to your business: not to Real Agent, not to Claude or any other AI company, and not to the provider of your CRM.

Two agents included

The database operator is for every member of staff. It finds and saves records, searches files, and prints your glossary or any routine's written procedure. The business analyst sets Real Agent up with your owner, writes down how each workflow runs today, and lets your administrator add staff, give them roles and see who did what.

Agents for your own workflows

Each one is built from an interview with the people who do the work, and from a design you approve. Staff can run each routine themselves, have the agent guide them, or tell the agent what to do.
