The subscription

The subscription runs for 12 months at one monthly fee, however many staff use Real Agent. Each of them signs in as themselves, so your records show who did what.

Database upgrades: We improve the knowledge base in your Supabase project, and apply each upgrade to every business on subscription on a published timetable.
Agent upgrades: When your business changes the way it works, or Anthropic changes Claude, we upgrade the agents we built for you to match.
Keeping up with Claude: Anthropic changes Claude from time to time. We change your setup to match.
Training: A first training session on a video call. After it, any member of staff can take the getting-started course in Claude.
Support: Staff raise a problem from Claude. It is saved in your own records and passed to us, and they follow its progress there.

Two agents included

The database operator, for every member of staff. It finds, reads, saves and changes your records, and uploads and searches your files. It suggests new words for the glossary, and prints the glossary or any routine's written procedure as a PDF. It works only within the person's own permissions.

The database admin, for your administrator. It sets up your areas of records, adds staff, gives them their roles, and reads the log of who did what.

Workflow agents, priced by their routines

A workflow is a piece of your work as staff see it, such as taking a market appraisal through to instruction. Each workflow gets one agent. A routine is one part of it, from one trigger to one outcome, and becomes one skill of the agent.

Each routine costs £250 plus VAT to create, and £50 plus VAT a month to keep up to date. You agree the total when you approve the design. The price covers the interview, the design, the build and delivery. You can start with one routine and add more when you're ready. Each is paid for before we build it.

There are no tiers and no limit on how many agents or routines you order. Nothing is priced per member of staff.

What you pay others directly

Two other companies set their own prices, and we resell neither.

If you leave, you keep everything

When the subscription ends, your business keeps:

every agent we built for you, in your own Supabase project;
your records, files, glossary and data dictionary;
your Supabase account and project, which you owned from the start.

Everything keeps working. You can maintain it yourself, or have someone else do it. We stop upgrading, training, answering support requests and building new routines. A later change by Anthropic or Supabase can stop something working, and we no longer put it right.

You can also remove our access to your project at any time.
