Who we are

Real Agent is a trading name of Real Agent Network Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, number 17237239, whose registered office is at 25 Bell Street, Sawbridgeworth, CM21 9AR. In these terms, "we" means Real Agent Network Limited, and "you" means the business that subscribes.

The subscription

The subscription runs for 12 months from the day your knowledge base is set up. It costs £100 a month, however many of your staff use Real Agent. It covers your knowledge base and two agents, upgrades to the knowledge base, keeping your setup in step with changes to Claude, training and support.

Workflow agents and routines

We interview your staff about a workflow, design it with you, and show you each of its routines drawn. Nothing is built until you approve a routine. Each routine costs £100 to create, paid before we build it, and £10 a month while you subscribe, to keep it up to date as your business and Claude change.

Prices and payment

Prices are subject to VAT. The subscription, and the monthly fee for each routine you hold, are paid monthly in advance. Each routine's creation fee is paid in advance, when you approve the routine.

What you own

Your Supabase account and project, your records and files, and every agent we deliver to you are yours. You can use, change and keep them, during the subscription and after it ends.

What you provide

You open and pay for your own Supabase project, and each member of your staff needs their own paid Claude plan that includes Claude Code. Supabase and Anthropic set their own prices and terms, and you agree those with them directly. You are responsible for the data you put in your knowledge base, and for having a lawful basis to keep it.

Our access

We work in your knowledge base only through the account you give us, within its access, and only to provide the service. Our privacy notice explains how we handle data. You can remove our access at any time. Our upgrades and support then stop reaching you.

Ending the subscription

The subscription runs for its first 12 months, then continues month by month. Either of us can end it with 1 month's notice, to take effect at the end of the first 12 months or at any time after. When it ends, you keep everything we delivered, and it keeps working. We stop upgrading, training, supporting and building. A later change by Anthropic or Supabase can then affect your agents, and we no longer put it right.

Liability

We build and maintain your agents with reasonable skill and care. Agents can make mistakes, so your staff stay responsible for the decisions they make and the messages they send. Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts decide any dispute.
